Rules and Regulations

A Shortened Version of Our Rules and Regulations:

1. Swim only in roped in area.
2. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult, under 8 years must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
3. Must be at least 8 years old and pass the Cascade Lake swim test to be in the deep water.
4. Must be at least 48” tall and able to swim out of splashdown area to ride the 150 foot slide.
5. No diving from the high jump platform, pool decking or sunbathing pier.
6. No outside boats, including inflatable boats.
7. No skateboards, skates, scooters or bicycles.
8. No glass on beach or lake vicinity.
9. Smokers must use ashtrays.
10. No pets.

ADULTS WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE CHILDREN IN THEIR CARE.
