Situated at the base of the Lake dam, the Millrace Pavilion offers a view of the spillway from Cascade Lake and two nearby streams. 

All pavilions are fully equipped with picnic tables, large grills and electrical outlets. They are offered free of charge to Lake patrons. However, in order to reserve a pavilion for exclusive usage, customers must guarantee that a certain number of people will attend the scheduled function. For the Cypress the minimum is 100 people, 75 for the Lakeside and Millrace, and 50 for the Sunrise and Grove
