The Grove Pavilion, located on the lower grounds has a lovely streamside setting. This 30 x 40 pavilion handles groups ranging in size from 75 to 100 people. The Millrace and Grove Pavilions share restroom facilities. While providing privacy away from the hubbub of the lake area, patrons are close enough to take advantage of all activities.

All pavilions are fully equipped with picnic tables, large grills and electrical outlets. They are offered free of charge to Lake patrons. However, in order to reserve a pavilion for exclusive usage, customers must guarantee that a certain number of people will attend the scheduled function. For the Cypress the minimum is 100 people, 75 for the Lakeside and Millrace, and 50 for the Sunrise and Grove
