The Cypress, equal in size to the Millrace is the newest park pavilion. Strategically located close to the sprayground and sports courts, this pavilion built on a rise overlooking the Lake offers a panoramic view.

All pavilions are fully equipped with picnic tables, large grills and electrical outlets. They are offered free of charge to Lake patrons. However, in order to reserve a pavilion for exclusive usage, customers must guarantee that a certain number of people will attend the scheduled function. For the Cypress the minimum is 100 people, 75 for the Lakeside and Millrace, and 50 for the Sunrise and Grove
